Return & Refund Policy

We are happy to offer an exchange or refund on any unsuitable items within 30 days, 

All products must be returned in a new and unused state, in perfect condition, with all protective materials in place. This includes all packaging, accessories and dust bags.

We reserve the right not to accept any return if the product shows signs of wear or has been used or altered from its original condition in any way, or, as an alternative, may reduce the amount of any applicable refund or exchange accordingly.

For example, we may make a reduction in the following circumstances:

• the product(s) have been used, worn, damaged or washed;
• you have not returned any packaging which is considered an integral part of a product (such as a dust bag).

You will be informed if we propose to reduce your refund for this reason. In this instance, you may (as an alternative to us providing you with a reduced refund) choose to have the products sent back to you at your own expense.

Returns must be shipped/postmarked within the 30 day period from date of receipt. Exchanges can only be offered for the same style in a different colour or size. Refunds can take up to 10 working days to process from the date the refund has been authorised. 

Magazines cannot be returned.

FOR ANY UK RETURNS (EXCLUDING NORTHERN IRELAND) PLEASE CONTACT US IN ADVANCE AS WE WILL NEED TO SEND YOU SOME INFORMATION WHICH WILL NEED TO BE PLACED ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE BOX FOR CUSTOMS PURPOSES.

Please note: We cannot be responsible for import tax and duty charges incurred on a return when contact has not been made to complete the correct documentation. Any charges incurred will be deducted from the refund.

We cannot be liable for third part handling fees.

How to return an item

Download, print and complete our return form. Package up your return securely and post back to us using your preferred mail or courier service. Please remember to use a service which offers a recorded option as the goods will remain your responsibility until they are received by us.
