FAQ's
We use both An Post (Registered and Tracked) & DHL for all Irish and International shipping.
How do I know if my order has been shipped?
We aim to dispatch your order that same business day, providing we receive it by 12pm. As soon as your package has been collected, we will send you an email, with a dispatch confirmation, which will also contain a tracking number.
When will I receive my order?
It is worth noting when An Post is selected at the checkout, once it leaves Ireland, it is handed over to the local delivery service and they are then responsible for delivering your parcel, as a result delivery times may vary from what An Post estimate.
There are different delivery options available during checkout.
Please add dispatch time to your expected delivery time.

Will I be charged additional taxes or duties?
Customers outside the EU will be responsible for all import taxes and duties relating to their country.
You, the buyer, are responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges, etc. required by your country for importing consumer goods. We do not collect this beforehand, and cannot give you an estimate of the cost – charges vary around the world.
If you are unfamiliar with customs fees and charges, please speak to your local postal or customs office for more information. It is your full responsibility to verify the customs, duties charges, and procedures in your country prior to placing your order. If customs fees and charges are refused at the time of delivery, your order will be returned and you will not receive a refund for shipment costs.
Can I change my delivery address?
Provided we are notified in time, we will do our very best to change your delivery details. However, once your parcel has been collected by the courier service, we can no longer amend your address details.
Do I have to pay for my return?
Yes, all returns will be the responsibility of the customer.
Please note - magazines cannot be returned.
Can I return a monogrammed garment?
No, any garment that has had a monogram applied cannot be returned.
How long will it take to receive my refund?
Once the return has been processed and authorised for either refund or exchange, based in accordance with our returns policy, all refunds will be processed within 7 working days. Depending on your card issuer, the time in which it can appear on your statement, can vary. Unfortunately this is out of our control.
When will I receive my exchange?
Exchanges can take up to 7 working days to process. If we cannot fulfill the exchange due to stock levels, a refund will be offered as an alternative. Normal transport times will apply, once the exchange has left our warehouse.
Will I be charged taxes and duties on my exchange item?
Your exchange will be sent out, marked "replacement exchange" and will be marked as having "no commercial value" on the basis that the taxes and duties are already paid. It is however possible, depending on your locality, that taxes and duties will be applied again. You will need to take this up with the transport company or local authority directly.
